Pam is Avatar Resource's Vice President and Senior Partner. She brings a passion and drive for excellence that insures that our clients and our interactions with them are always being tended to in the highest possible manner.

Pam is the driving force behind our Women in Business initiatives. She is extremely active as our liason in the community, is a sought after speaker and recognized expert in designing processes that truly address our client's needs in the most elegant manner possible. Olli E. Juvonen

Olli E. Juvonen is CEO of GoldBusters Oy one of the most respected consulting firms in Scandinavia. The firm is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

Olli sits on the management boards of a number of Scandinavian companies. He brings a unique blend of financial and marketing skills to his interactions with our clients. Bruce Cappelli

Bruce is the founding partner of Cappelli Miles [spring], a marketing and communications company established in 1980. During his 30 year career, Bruce has led branding efforts for hundreds of companies of all sizes, including professional service firms, state agenceis and issue advocacy groups. He is best known for his strategic development skills - navigating multi-million dollar campaigns through clutterd media jungles with proven results.

Bruce often keynotes at industry events exploring advertising, branding and marketing. In addition to his role as founding partner he is also an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon's school of Journalism.

Dave Angus
