Blaine Bartlett will be in Concord, MA October 3-5 delivering the Hidden Laws of Leadership retreat. The program is a deep dive into the subtle, powerful and hidden leadership laws that are informed by the thinking and writings of Transcendentalist such as Emerson, Thoreau, Whitman and Troward.

Blaine Bartlett will be in NYC April 20-21 where he’ll teach Authentic Leadership Development at the American Association for Physician Leadership’s Spring Institute.

4th Dimensional Leadership debuted Feb. 17-19 in Los Angeles to 1,300 participants from around the world. Blaine Bartlett and Bob Proctor delivered the newest Avatar Resources leadership program designed as THE leadership development program for Compassionate Capitalism.

Three Dimensional Coaching: Passion to Performance, has been translated into traditional Chinese and released to the Chinese market. The book’s author, Blaine Bartlett Avatar Resources’ President and CEO, has just returned from an exceptionally successful book tour to Hong Kong, Taipei, Guangzhou, Foshan and Shenzhen.

The book is also being translated into Japanese and will be serialized in one of Japan’s most widely circulated business magazines beginning in March 2016.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pam Bartlett, Avatar Resources’ Vice President and Senior Partner. Pam died August 27 after a courageous three and a half year long battle with Multiple Myeloma. She leaves a profound legacy and she is and will be forever missed. Pam is survived by her husband Blaine, her children Keith Shuler and Deanna Wilday their spouses Tina Shuler and Todd Wilday, and her four immensely loved grandchildren Oliver, Carly Jo, Kenzi and Lafe.

Pam Bartlett, Avatar Resources’ Vice President and Senior Partner, was invited to keynote and launch a program establishing Mentoring Circles for the Chicago Bar Association’s Alliance for Women. The program was sponsored by law firm Seyfarth Shaw, LLP and was attended by well over 100 women attorneys from throughout the greater Chicago area. Drawing on material from her latest book, Women Connected, Ms. Bartlett guided attendees through what one participant called “one of the most interesting and valuable programs we’ve ever held”.

Avatar Resources and InVison Global Group announce the opening of their new offices in Hong Kong. With more than 22,000 square feet of office and seminar space, the location is one of the largest training and development complexes in Asia. A grand opening is scheduled for mid-October and will include as honored guests representatives from the local Hong Kong government as well Chinese government officials from CECIA and the Department of Labor Social Security in Beijing.

Stewart Emery, our business partner and co-author of the largest selling business book of 2007 – Success Built to Last – presented an introduction to the concepts within his book to an audience of well over 200 business leaders, government officials and professionals at our Guangzhou, China offices on June 1. He will be conducting a four day seminar in Guangzhou on June 5-8 based on the core tenets found in the book. The seminar has previously been presented at JFK University in San Francisco. Participants in the Guangzhou seminar include business leaders, government officials and professionals from throughout China.

The Chinese government, through the China Enterprise Culture Improvement Association (CECIA), announced in Bejing today that our joint venture partner, InVision Group, has been selected as the only non-government organization to be licensed to certify Chief Cultural Officers (CCO) in enterprises throughout China. The certification is awarded to individuals from companies that complete a course of study focusing on developing internal cultures that sustain the likelihood of both enterprise success and cultural harmony. The course of study is concluded with a government administered exam following completion of the Business Success Seminar developed by Avatar Resources to specifically meet this requirement. InVision’s Guangzhou Center has been designated by the CECIA as their Guangdong Province CCO Training Base.

The CECIA was founded in 1994 by the Department of Culture and the Department of China Broadcast in cooperation with the Department of Labor Social Security. Taking the position that the long term success of an enterprise is dependent on its culture the CECI is dedicated to the development of the position of Chief Culture Officer (CCO) nationwide.
